"The city enforces ordinances upon complaint" states Mayor Mary Capra 8/12/2008. It is our opinion that all City ordinances should be enforced equally. Unfortunately that has not been the case here in Centerville. This current policy could leave our residents open to discrimination and possible retaliation.
